Media supply module

The media supply module contains the system control, the water treatment and the biogas compressor.

Media handling takes place in the 25ft container: Water management, biogas supply, air supply and connected exhaust gas management.

Reformer module

The reformer module contains four highly integrated M50 FLOX® reformers and a reformate cooling unit.

In the 40ft container, the reformers are configured for parallel operation and generate 400 kg of hydrogen per day.

PSA module

inside

In the PSA module, the hydrogen-rich reformate is cooled, dried and purified in the PSA* skid (*Pressure Swing Adsorption).

The end product hydrogen meets the high purity requirements for fuel cells and industrial use.
